Weekly COVID-19 Screening Effective on 16 Jan 2022

To prevent the spreading of Omicron COVID-19 variant virus which has been reported in the country lately, the management has decided to shorten the interval of COVID-19 self-screening from fortnightly basis to weekly basis, effective on 16 Jan 2022. With that, we have attached the following process for your action here.
